Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) offers free classes open to IUPUI employees and the community who are interested in homeownership to financially prepare, improve credit and navigate the home-buying process. These classes held at IUPUI University Library are offered as part of INHP’s Anchor Housing partnership with IUPUI. If you can’t attend in-person, you can register to complete the course online. Refreshments will be served at classes taken in-person.

Ideal for current renters or anyone starting a lease. Class topics include the pros and cons of renting vs. buying, tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, leasing types and trends, and the ins and outs of security deposits.

Ideal for anyone wanting to learn more about credit. Learn why and how you can take steps to improve your credit score.
